1. Scope of Services
Guangzhou Aicheng Weiting Photography Co., Ltd. (brand: Aicheng Weiting) provides wedding photography, photo selection and retouching, wedding attire, and scene rental services. Specific service details are governed by the shooting agreement signed by both parties.
2. Booking & Scheduling
Clients may book a shooting date via our website, phone, or in person. A deposit is required to confirm the booking; the deposit's validity period and refund/change rules are governed by the agreement signed in-store.
3. Shooting & Photo Selection
We use a “shoot first, pay later” model — the final balance is only due after the client has confirmed the package, completed the shoot, and approved the photo selection. The specific process is subject to the actual service provided in-store.
4. Intellectual Property
Copyright and usage rights of the final photos are governed by the signed shooting agreement. Neither party may use the work for commercial purposes beyond what is agreed without permission.
